Enzymes are widely used in many food and non food applications ranging from baking, detergent, textile processing to biofuels. They are attractive catalysts, enabling these various industries to guarantee the quality and stability of its products with increased production efficiency.

All enzymes – irrespective of their downstream application - undergo rigorous safety evaluation, and must meet strict safety standards according to the local Regulations that are in place.
